Get back to streaming in Education.

We need to get back to the idea in Education of identifying strengths and weaknesses early, and gearing a student's path through the system to their capabilities, not to some silly and destructive notion that all options must stay open as long as possible. 2, 3, 4 and 5 year high school options need to be brought back with opportunities, particularly in the shorter programs to develop job skills and enter apprenticeship ...more »

Creating a set retirement age for teachers

Teachers are staying on the job well in to their elder years. Furthermore, there are a lot more young teachers graduating from teachers collage and none of them can find a job in teaching and/or as a substitute teacher. Teachers over a certain age should have a severance package offered to them to retire. SAT testing for University and College Entrance

There seems to be a wide gap in High Schools academic levels. We should have an independent measure to go against. It is unfair that some students go to 'special schools' and buy marks and then go on to win scholarships and funding while other capable students are left behind, not given the opportunity. Remove Computers from Elementary Schools

Inclusion of computers in elementary education at the expense of instructional time spent on actual content is indefensible. Savings could be used to improve vastly more important music education programs.
