The title is taken with permission from the Society of Rural Physicians of Canada paper of 2009 on rural healthcare. The society represents over 2700 rural doctors in Canada. The society reported in 2009 that rural health care is usually quite efficient with lower cost per capita in dollars spent, and health care providers engaged than city/urban care.
