Organ donation: save lives by closing the biggest loophole

Despite surveys showing that over 90% of Ontarians wish to donate their organs, only 18% are actually registered in the provincial database, and only 12% of Torontonians are registered. Make Organ Donation an Opt-Out program

As other countries have done, make organ donation an opt-out process instead of an opt-in process. Patients would still have the right to refuse to donate their organs but by default, every deceased person should be considered an organ donor.
