Regulate and enforce cyclists and e-bikes under HTA

We ALL have to learn to share the roadways, but we can only do it effectively and safely if we are all operating by the same set of rules of the road. Create another road link to Manitoba

Currently, there is a grand total of one (1) road that connects Ontario to all of western Canada; this is the Trans Canada where it crosses the Ontario-Manitoba border. It is a small 2 lane (one each direction) highway. This puny road is all that ties the two halfs of our country together. A single disaster could take it out of service.
