Income tax health care premium

On the Ontario Income tax form (the pink copy) a premium for Health care must be added to everyone's income tax. The maximum premium paid is at income of $200,000. Beyond that income, the premium is the same as incomes of $200,000. If an income is $1,000,000, the premium paid is the same as the one for $200,000. Tax on stock market trades

CAN THIS $12 BILLION LEGALLY BE ONTARIO'S ? The HST applies to nearly every transaction in Ontario. A peculiar exception is a stock transaction, on which 0% is paid. In addition, stock profits are capital gains which are taxed at 1/2 the rate of hard working taxpayers. In 2012, the TSX traded $1,192,508,887,957.
