Keep public sector wages comparable - arbitration reform

The system whereby police officers and other public sector workers end up getting very high wages and benefits because of arbitration needs to be changed. We can no longer have a system where public sector workers get wage increases based on what increases were awarded to other public sector workers. Index all government paid wages to inflation/CPI

This means anyone who is paid by the government, from Bureaucrats, to TTC drivers, to Policemen, to Firemen, to MPPs, to the Premier, to Cabinet, to Welfare recipients, to anyone who gets money from the government; all would have their money indexed to Inflation. Restore 'the Weekend' for working people

Why should office workers be the only ones to benefit from regular weekends? Let's give all employees a weekend. CUT IMMIGRATION - to reduce unemployment and increase wages

This is not an anti-immigrant policy - but Ontario 's labour force is tot helped by adding more workers when so many people are unemployed, underemployed or discouraged, or working part-time. Better idea than rasing the MIN WAGE !

If the min wage goes up , so does prices that hurt the poor or aged . As well profit take goes up. SO ,lets insist that more of that HUGE profit take go back to workers getting them OFF of costly needs rolls . I am tired of paying for Profit take needlessly !
