Allow beer and wine consumption at a picnic

Our laws against public drinking don't allow safe consumption of beer and wine in a public space.

 

People should be allowed to enjoy a beverage or two at a public park or beach.

Liberalize Wine and Beer Sales Rules

Ontario is one of the most repressive alcohol distribution regimes in the Western world. This needs to change! Ontarians should be able to purchase a bottle of wine or a few bottles of beer at a store that isn't an LCBO or Beer Store (which isn't even Canadian owned anymore). Eliminate all Price Controls on Beer, Wine, and Spirits

Government should be content to collect the legislated sales and excise taxes on beer, wine, and spirits. But setting minimum prices for products is not something that Government should engage in. As long as alcohol sales are restricted as present (LCBO, The Beer Store, & some Boutique Shops), suppliers of product should be able to determine their desired individual selling prices.
