Free Education for Students in Ontario except for families that are wealthy/very rich

In order to have a system where students can be anything they want without having to worry about the monetary aspects of it, I believe that the free tuition program should be expanded to include all students with families making under $200,000 before the student reaches the age of 30. Obviously, people that are over thirty would pay something, but I believe that could be ironed out. The truth is such a program would lessen the debt gap and people would be free to learn and not have to have a mortgage before they buy a house. This would add benefits to all people and in a system of huge personal debt this will help students and families as a whole.
