To align investment (capital and personnel) in the expansion of the trades pathways in education in order to:
a) assist student with making good career choices that will align with job availability
b) align with the needs in employment sectors

Trades and apprenticeships

We should promote the November 14th Fall Economic Statement announcement that added the "Red Seal" label to five new trades and apprenticeships, and continue to add to the list of expanded "Red Seal" trades to further support both apprentices and employers (ie. https://news.ontario.ca/mof/en/2017/11/ontario-implementing-plan-to-create-fairness-and-opportunity.html)
