Fair wages paid in a timely manner.

. I would like to the suggest that companies are to give employees. the option to be paid on a weekly basis. Many families are suffering because they have to wait, for a bi-weekly or bi-monthly check. We should be able to receive money earned, on a weekly basis so our families can survive.
