Mental Health Day Off

Mental health costs the Canadian economy $51 billion per year. A large part of this cost comes from missed work and lowered productivity. Our proposal is to give all Ontario workers a fixed number of days off work, with no penalty and no requirement for a formal diagnosis. Make Harassment Resolution Process Effective

Amend Ontario Labour Code like what Federal legislature is doing through Bill C-65. Adding "a statement to the effect that the employer will take such disciplinary measures as the employer deems appropriate against any person under the employer’s direction who subjects any employee to sexual harassment" (copied from Bill C-65).
