Either Raise and Index the Current $4 Meal Sales Tax Exemption or Cancel It

When Bob Rae's NDP Ontario government removed the provincial sales tax from meals under $4 in the early 1990s it was a significant move. Nearly all fast food and cafe meals were priced below $4 and removing the PST had a significant impact.
