Increased NURSE TO PATIENT RATIO FROM 5:1 to 3:1 while returning the 100 residency doctor spots cut this year. Affordable Cost of Living


If we can design a home very similar to retirement homes for disabled loved ones and caregivers it would open many doors for caregivers. Many Coop buildings have the perfect avenue to help disabled loved ones. Access to a Gym, Kitchen, recreation room and playground. It is already geared to income and affordable. Strong Sustainable Communities

Keep it in the community

I believe any not for profit services should build there own community before moving to another. Community doors should be free to access for any activity, service or event. Less entrepreneurs and students are taking advantage of connecting with their neighbors because of high cost for the use of community centers.
